PROTECTING FREE AND OPEN COMPETITION IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
The Associated Builders & Contractors of Metropolitan Washington (“ABC Metro Washington”) is the preeminent trade association for construction in the Mid-Atlantic. With over 500 member companies, the organization advocates for fair and open competition in the construction industry and genuine career opportunities and training for workers.
GPA provided communications and government affairs support to launch ABC Metro Washington’s COVID-19 vaccination drive for construction workers in May 2021. Click the picture to see the NBC-4 story.
GPA is ABC Metro Washington’s firm-of-choice in Washington, DC. Our work for the association includes 24-7 government affairs representation, including legislative and regulatory strategy, lobbying, and monitoring. GPA also assists the organization’s political strategy to support candidates who understand the importance of free and open competition in the construction marketplace. This includes combating efforts to limit competition in the construction marketplace.
